Welcome to ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to a school community that I am proud to lead and honored to be a part of every day. Whether you are a prospective family, a current student or parent, a cherished alum, or a valued supporter, I hope you feel the warmth, energy, and sense of purpose that define ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú.

As we celebrate our 45th anniversary this year—marking our founding in 1980—we do so with deep gratitude for all those who have helped shape this remarkable place. For more than four decades, ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú has been a home for bold ideas, enduring friendships, and transformative learning. That legacy lives on in the energy and wisdom of our faculty, the strength of our community, and the incredible promise we see in each of our students.

What makes our school truly special is not only what we teach, but how we live and learn together. In classrooms filled with creative thinking, in studios and labs alive with exploration, and in our residence halls that feel like home, students are seen, supported, and encouraged to stretch beyond what they thought possible. Our boarding program creates a close-knit community where learning extends well beyond the school day. And our location—in the heart of a dynamic city—connects students with real-world experiences and opportunities that deepen their understanding of themselves and the world around them.

ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú is a place where the arts are celebrated, where STEM innovation flourishes, and where diversity of thought and background enriches everything we do. We believe that education should spark curiosity, cultivate compassion, and prepare students not only for college, but for meaningful lives. This belief drives us, inspires us, and connects us to one another.

Engaging with Local Leaders and Community Groups

Strong partnerships with community groups and local leaders can provide valuable resources, expertise, and opportunities to enhance the educational experience for our students, and also align the school's goals with broader community needs.  

ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú is actively involved with:

  • The Seattle chapter of the  organization
  • The (NWAIS)
  • Leadership at local independent and public middle & high schools
  • Planning and hosting events with local business leaders
