Bethany Fong
Director of Food Services
Bethany holds an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts (Johnson & Wales University), a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science (Seattle Pacific University), and a certificate in Dietetics (University of Washington).Â
Most recently, Bethany served as a registered dietician at Seattle Tilth and a food services manager at an independent school in Hawaii.Â
She oversees our impressive Food Services program that serves up an eclectic, nutritious, and global menu of locally-sourced and environmentally sustainable dishes on a daily basis for students and faculty alike.
